A Vastu Plan is a floor plan designed according to Vastu Shastra principles — an ancient Indian architectural science that considers the orientation of rooms, entry points, and energy flow to promote well-being, prosperity, and harmony. While not legally mandatory, many clients prefer Vastu-compliant designs for personal and cultural reasons. To initiate a building plan approval, you typically need: land ownership documents (patta, chitta, adangal), a sale deed, an encumbrance certificate, an Aadhaar card, and basic site measurements.
